mulai lagi journaling makanan yg benar terutama asupan gula & serat, protein masih okelah.. workout BOBL mulai lagi & tambahin bebannya,, akhirnya beli resistance band kettler merah aja dulu, lumayan beraattt... lumayan stuck mulai menyingkir...BB geser kiri dikit, lingkar badan mulai keliatan nyusut lagiiiii....

yaudahlah,, pasrah, BB masih manteung di 58 kalau bangun tidur, nanti seharian udah makan, work out dll, nyaris ke 59.50,, terussss ajaaa berbulan2 kek gitu, olganya udah angkat beban terus, cuma makannya sering jebol gula dan tidur kurang dari 5-6 jam, itu kayaknya pengaruh banget ya,,,

temans, tolong bantu masukannya please, kalau sy mau beli RB Kettler untuk nambah beban deadlift, squads dll mending ambil yg medium.merah atau firm marron? nuhun ya infonya, oya agak galau juga dg merk happy fit yg level 4 , tengkiu..
