Doing ok. Need to eat more leafy greens and not so much pork skins. Start treadmill workout Monday (3/25). That will be my 2 weeks since I started atkins.

Started atkins on the 11th of March. Decided to make Fridays my weigh-in day. Little nervous tomorrow will be my first weigh-in. Hopefully I am not excepting too much.
