Down to 195! Losing about 1 to 2 pounds a week, and feeling so good about it 😊 I took a break from exercise, but eating right and watching calories has been helping quite a bit.

Hello all! As a college student, I live off of coffee. I need a cup most mornings to get my day going. However, I’m a big fan of sugary cream. And quite a bit of it, too. Could anyone give me a substitute for this that will still keep my coffee sweet? Thanks 😀

New to this app. I’ve been using Fitness Pal but this has many more options. With that I lost about 6 pounds. I am 197 and my goal weight is 150. #icandothis
