Down a tiny bit. I got sunburned out walking yesterday, my first sunburn in nearly 5 years!! It hurts but its a reminder to put on some factor 50+ or I'll be coming home burnt again today.
Lots of walking done this week, having someone to walk with makes it way more fun and it doesn't feel as long. I need more walking buddies haha

EEEEEK! First time being under 260lbs in over 8 years!! I could feel this drop coming. I am so happy right now! YAY!
However one thing has been sitting, stewing in my mind. My friend who is 9 months pregnant with her second child came over to my house a few weeks ago and she was almost in tears....because she had gotten her first(ever) stretch mark on her belly..... All I could think was "If only you could see my body, you wouldn't think you have it so bad" There isn't enough Bio-Oil in the universe to get rid of my stretch marks. My entire body is covered in them. It had never really bothered me before because I was basically always covered up. But I was looking at my body in the mirror and it occurred to me, that
I did this to myself! I ruined my body!
. It made me so sad, I had never thought of being fat this way. I have done so much damage to my body over the years, some damage that cant be fixed ever.
However look at how much I have changed! I have never lost real weight before this year ever.. Its been constant gaining since I was 11.I have regained the control that I lost when I was 11.
I have lost 56.6lbs in 5 months
. I have a long way to go but I am fixing everything that can be fixed.

Doing the no eating after 7pm challenge and its doing me wonders, after doing the no eating after 8:30pm one I feel like it definitely prepared me for this one and it makes so much sense not to eat when you're gonna be asleep in a few hours anyway.
Heading out for walks again today with a friend, she's trying to bring on labour haha
**SideNote My brother lost 8lbs his first week of his changed lifestyle, he is so happy!! :D I'm delighted for him.

:O My jaw hit the floor! Rechecked 5 times to be sure!
My brother has started with his weight loss too, I think I inspired him, he comes over to my house 5 or 6 times a day asking me questions about what he can eat. It makes me so happy to have someone in this with me now. He lost some weight all ready and he was so excited and happy. Its great to be able to share this with him.
Also, its my parents 28th wedding anniversary today :D My Mom is too sick to go out to a restaurant so I'll be cooking up a fabulous dinner for them instead. Their marriage is amazing to me, I dont know ANYONE who has been in a relationship for even 2 years but they've been together for nearly 30 years altogether. :D I'm going to make this day very special for them.
