Back up a bit ☹️ At least I know why - loadshedding was in the evening 4 nights in a row, so I had to fry dinner on my camping stove (3 times) or get take aways (once). Hopefully Friday will not only get rid of this regained weight, but a bit extra as well.

I've just got home from a week in Kruger National Park and I seem to have kept my weight fairly stable! Now to work on the last few kilos and then stay there
