not neccesarily a good week but not a bad one either. Really hoping that when I step on that scale Monday morning I will have lost a total of 20lbs...I lost almost 14 the first week so only needed to loose 6 this week...I realize though that at some point soon just the eating right is going to not be the only thing I have to do to get the weight to come off. But I figure being morbidly obese I have a little ways to go before I hit my wall. As far as the food goes doing okay...I need to be better at eating breakfast even if it is just my fibeone bar and milk...that is better than nothing and I notice a difference when I don't eat breakfast, makes my day go a whole lot better. Even though the hubby is still chowing down on chocolate and beer I've still managed to say no thanks and stick with it. So heres to another day of doing well and hopefully the scale and I are friends come Monday morning.

I've been doing well all week, making sure I eat breakfast, have reasonable lunch and dinner..it helps that my husband has been preparing the dinners, he's been grilling out every night. It has also helped that I stick with the same routine everyday and change it up with dinner so I don't get bored. And I know that this first week is mostly water weight so I will do my best not to expect so much in the coming weeks...But I'm feeling great!!

So I'm back on the wagon...but this time I'm ready to do it for me...its time to take care of me!! I've put myself on the back burner for far to long and its time I get back on track. I'm so tired of being tired and my knees hurting and not being able to get around...I'm tired of feeling crummy. This is going to be a lifestyle change not a diet because that is what is wrong...its my lifestyle and if I can make some simple easy changes then I know when it comes time for the difficult ones it will be a little easier. I've been doing really well all week long and even when my husband and I went out for lunch I stayed on track and had a delicious grilled chicken salad...so much better than the fried sweet potatoe fries and greasy burger I would have normally chose. Step by step and I will conquer me..because I can do anything and only I can do it for myself.
I AM WORTHY, I AM SPECIAL, I AM LOVED, I AM BEAUTIFUL!!
