Vad kan jag säga. Har inte brytt mig så mycket om att räkna kalorier på länge. Kan inte träna som jag vill för att kroppen har gått sönder så jag har ont i rygg, knä, höft... you name it.
Men nu har jag fått en TENSE-apparat av sjukgymnasten som verkar hjälpa, så nu skall träningen sättas igång igen. Och jag försöker mig på matdagboken igen. Dag 1 = 600 kcal till godo - och då tog jag till och med en liten bit choklad på kvällen.

Blev helt chockad när jag gick upp på vågen. Jag tror att det måste ha varit nåt fel när jag vägde in mig för tre dagar sedan och jag vägde 73... Men jag gjorde det vid samma tidpunkt på dagen. Vad mer kan man begära? Tre kilo på tre dagar!!
Men jag har också varit jäkligt duktig med både mat och motion. Har inte tränat galet mycket, eftersom sånt har jag inte tid med. Men jag håller stenhårt i kalorierna. Igår "var jag tvungen" att ta en bit mörk choklad efter middagen för att komma över 50% för dagen. Det kändes asbra!!
Mätte förresten midja och mage för två dagar sedan, 84 resp. 99 cm. Så där finns ju en del att jobba med.
