It's a funny thing.. how we're all so different.. how different eating habits work and don't work for each of us. Slimming World is low fat, Weight Watchers is low carbs.. Fasting can make your body retain everything as it thinks it's not going to get fed again.. but works for some. You just have to do what is right for YOU! I know me and know a life without chocolate or bread would be horrible.. for me. This fantastic FatSecret has helped me see my downfalls; too much of one thing in one day will not let me lose weight.. balanced nutrients throughout the day and less carbs in the evening work for me, including a cheeky treat, but not too many of them. I feel less tired too which is a bonus. Good luck reaching your goals and enjoy healthy living along the way. Have a wonderful day :)
