So, I follow the 80/20 rule for dieting (80% satiated, micronutrient dense food and 20% “free” food). With that being said, every night for who knows how long lol I’ve been eating a PB&J or PB and honey (the jelly and honey being my free part of my 20% calories).
Does any one else do this? Orrrrr am I an anomaly lol

12oz of pure hydration 😂. Not a hint of pineapple btw, tastes like coconut water 😒

Post workout. Had >4g of sodium yesterday and only 2g potassium so I KNOW I’m holding enough water to hydrate a dry soil. 🤷🏽♂️
