I'm so pleased with my 1 week weigh in! Helps to know what I'm doing is working for once. I'm glad I only weighed twice this week, so any fluctuations wouldn't bring me down. Also FS got back to me saying there are filters that trigger wrongly so now I can post! They apologized for the inconvenience. I'm glad they fixed it because that was annoying me.

I woke up this morning feeling so blah! I'm guessing I had way to much sodium yesterday because I feel bloated. So today I'll be drinking a lot of unsweetened tea and coffee to flush my system out. A new thing to worry about now but atleats I know now. Today is going to be a hard day I can tell. I just was told my husband will barely be around for the next 6-7 months. He's always traveled since we met but this is a lot more than usual because he's starting a new job. On top of that I will be moving away around April. I'm going to look at this as a time to focus on myself and work on me. On the up side I have an unique chance to get healthy and when he gets back every time I will be smaller and smaller until he comes home to a new woman! LOL Give me strength today because I'm emotional!

I did not, I repeat did NOT feel like doing my workout routine! I'm glad I did but I almost didn't. Then I thought but everyone will see you didn't today. So that was the push. Thank goodness for this site! And why is it hard to match up some workouts on here? I need a few more choices. I have to admit I'm so happy I got up and did it. I would of felt awful about myself tonight if I didn't.

Last night was a little tough not to grab something, but I made it! It's not like I have anything really bad to grab but still I don't need the unnecessary calories. I think today I'm going to do two 30 min workouts. My body is already starting to feel stronger and thank goodness cause the past 4 days my thighs had been killing me from all the squats!
