Oops 1100 calories for breakfast 😳 Someone was hungry 👀
Homemade chicken curry for main, fav dessert with pecans for pudding. Think I was supposed to eat one of them, not both but something went wrong 🤣
Hey ho, no regrets it was delicious and I'm still full.
Looks like I'm having a very light dinner tonight 🫣

I must be the most boring person on the app posting my eggs and salmon every day 😄 But I'm trying to start documenting more of my journey, so here is my breakfast, yes yes same again 🥚🥚
Lambs lettuce / cucumber / baby tomatoes / salt, pepper /sprinkle of lemon juice / superseed salad topper / hot smoked salmon / smoked salmon / 3 boiled eggs
If I had to pick only one meal to have every day for the rest of my life, this would be it 💯

In other news I'm super excited about my new 2l water bottle! It makes such a difference when you don't have to keep refilling flimsy plastic bottles from supermarket, and way better for the environment too 🫶

Morning walk was so good, note to the future self: don't be lazy, get up and go on that walk! Dog loved it too so a win-win 🤍
