I haven’t gotten on the scale in a few days because I know it’ll be higher as I tried and failed to do good this weekend.

Now that I think about it, doing ‘good’ makes it seem like I was ‘bad’ when actually I didn’t drink to excess or over eat. I just know that I could have made some small healthier choices. One day at a time I’ll keep working on it.

I did manage to get up and walk a mile and a half today at 5:30 am! Then I just had a chocolate cupcake with icing and two cookies because they were offered to me from the luncheon that was held in my library. As I have a strong sweet tooth I giddily grabbed and scarfed them down enjoying every bite. And I don’t feel bad because breakfast lunch and dinner are all low carb. Did I go over my 20 net carbs? Yes but I’m okay with that.
