From June 6 through June 15 on vacation out of state. Was not able to follow good diet plan while on vacation or exersize/walking. Since got home was able to follow diet plan watching calories and carbs. Weight was same today (June 19) as it was on June 5.

Often enough I have had sweets (cookies, cake, cupcakes, ice cream, candy, chocolate covered pretzles) and not enough vegetables, fruits, water. I have not input my weight for so long because my weight has gone up. How can I stop craving sweets/chocolate so much?
