Trying out a new SLOW CARB diet. I will do it for a month to see what happens. Goal is still below 165.

Oh well, I hope this is leg muscle weight gain. My stomach looks skinny. Not worried though.

Slipped up a little for the past several months starting around November. I put on a little weight. My goal weight has changed to less than 165, it seemed 160 was too skinny for me. anyways, back to watching my carbs and keeping tabs on my weight. Should have stayed with journal even though i had reached my goal last year.

Yippee!! I have reached my goal weight pretty much. 160 was a target but in reality, I want to fluctuate between 160 and 165 lbs. Anything lower than 160 and I start to look too skinny. Glad to have this problem again. Wow, all I can say is eating healthy and being mindful of what you eat can get you there. Take care everyone!

Amazing, I love the Atkin's diet for loosing weight. I can't wait to reach my goal weight next month. YEAAAA!!!!
