Only gained one pound being on vacation on a road trip (not much walking except shorter times) and not eating my usual type meals over the past nine days. Not bad - I thought I would have thought I would have gained more.

Still can't keep the weight going down without going up for a few weeks. I am VERY tired of tracking what I eat, figuring and counting calories, and worrying about what I eat and if it will make me gain weight.

This week was different for me with my husband home every day except for one (worked from home). My stress level was higher as I was not able to have my routine and it showed with the extra items I ate and gained weight. I will get back to better eating this week and lose that pound (and more).
