• drink enough water
•don’t skip meals
Don’t do
•drink a lot of Diet soda or chewing gum
•fast the next day
•continue with the binge
• drink a lot of coffee or use laxatives

I had a binge. I eaten toooo much calories. I hate myself so much for this but ayy I will start again and don’t let it happen again.
