Kalau kelaparan, namanya menyiksa diri bukan self love. Ini segunung tapi kualitas nutrisi nya diperhatikan. 50 gram pasta buckwheat timbang kering. 150 gr dada ayam. 1 sendok saus pesto andalankuh. Dan..1 piring sayur2an, tomat , dan jamur.
