For dinner I pureed the steak and cauliflower (which I pre-baked in foil) with butter and cream. It was very delicious!
I am looking forward to tomorrow - which will highlight a week since our LCHF Revolutionary challenge, as I will be weighing myself and take measurements of my waist. Time to evaluate progress indeed :-)
I love being on LCHF!

Making a simple chicken soup - which I look forward eating the rest of the day. (My mouth is still too sore from the surgery to eat solids).
I'm feeling so much better. I think the LCHF diet is assisting in my healing process. The swelling in my face is visibly down this morning.
Each day I have been supplementing with multi vitamins as well.

Just past midnight. Feeling better but still don't have an appetite.
I still bleed from time to time from the dental implantations. After some online research I learned that I should not have hot foods and neither rinse my mouth too much. Apparently its common for the implantation bleeding to last up to 5 days. I will be visiting my dentist on Monday for a routine check up. My face is very swollen, but that's common too.
I am getting over this :-)
