the maid says she'll start tomorrow. it's partly my fault. saw the diet. decided to do the diet. didn't give enough time to get ready. ooops... i didn't even exercise... hehe... Chinese valentines is coming up this weekend. will be out with my girlfriends for a single party. hopefully the typhoon won't be here. we'll see... and hopefully i'll start the diet tomorrow for real...

this is just great. i decided to start today but forgot to tell the maid to get chicken so it was all pork. AND i got diarrhea... from what. i don't know.

so i didn't start the diet today but i was so ready! hehe... other than that my day was good and healthy :D

oops.. my weight came up again. what a struggle... and i eat SO MUCH i can't believe i've only gained that much... kinda happy about that. i was not doing SB phase 3 at all.. i actually fell on phase 2... it's a celebration! i'm starting at phase 1 tomorrow.. (it's my tue. 8/14 8:39pm right now).

when i'm in this range of weight, i go from 46.3-46.7 and it never really leaves 46kg. but this is the first time i've been in this range for so long, so i'm feeling good!!

i'm off of south beach and i'm just following a (somewhat traditional) way we do diets in taiwan. we just minimize or skip our dinners to save up on calories.

btw, another traditional way we do it in taiwan is quit starches. and i think that's very similar to south beach that's why i decided to do south beach in the first place :)

anyway, i'm taking it easy and losing my last 5 lbs SLOWLY. i always get really hungry around this weight so i'm gonna really watch out for what i eat and what i do and stay energized.
