Today is my birthday!... and I'm going out for dinner to a Thai restaurant with my Dad.... trying to think of healthy things I can eat while I'm there, and I googled them to find an online menu.
Looks like I'm going to go for the Fresh (non-fried) vegetable roll minus the egg, Tom Yum soup and a Basil Veggies & Tofu dish with no rice. Can't avoid the fried Tofu in this dish, but I figured, HEY, it's my birthday, and everything else I would order from the menu is sans Oil!
Just to be on the safe side and keep my calories burned > caloried consumed, I did a spinning class during my lunch break, and will goto a half hour Gliding class + 1 hour Yoga class this evening.
Hope my day progresses as planned! *fingers crossed*
