I started an anti-anxiety medication about a month ago. While I haven't done much on my part to lose weight I have maintained my weight around 234-236 for over a year already but after a month on this medicine I've already gained around 4 lbs. While I have been enjoying some of the benefits of this new med, I am dealing now with this weight gain and horrible migraines. The migraines have calmed a bit so hopefully that was just only in the beginning. I'm going to start an old medication I stopped taking to see if it will help balance things off. I really need to lose this weight. I have to start taking care of my health again. Hoping for the best.
