Had a great dinner last night, Steak, Baked Potato, String beans and a Romaine Salad with Olive oil & great Balsamic Vinegar,I glass of good Zinfandel wine, Later rich Vanilla Ice Cream with Aldi Pomegranate/cherry/etc juice frozen ice cubes.
Got a good nights sleep, woke @ 9 AM made coffee eat a small Del Monte Red Grapefruit cup and a mini danish.
My system reacted, and I am no longer constipated (laughs) so I weighed myself later. To my shock I was not 214 but 209. WOW.
I am monitoring my blood sugars and had good resting numbers last night for 12 hours. Slight jump up with breakfast.
I am very aware of how old my body is and how I must rest it to loss weight and feel good.

Sunday: Good nights sleep, Pain in my left foot a 4, not an 8 , Weight at 10 AM,111 lbs. Chores today and football game tonight with popcorn. Will eat 2 eggs, V8 if I have it and then shower. Wearing the glucose monitor. First read @12 161, after I ate breakfast. Wish I could update this note all day.
