Spent last evening at the home of one of my WW buddies. She had fixed a totally WW meal! It was great (salad, Greek shrimp dish, baked asparagus,3 pt apple crisp)! One of my buddies reached goal last week; the other is 2.5 lbs away. As you can see, I still have a ways to go. Am not looking forward to "going it alone" but am determined to finish this project!
The snow is melting, the sun is out (between rain showers) and flowers are starting to peep up. Actually going to get in the 60's by mid-week next week! I hope to be able to get out and do some walking. Maybe it'll help get me out of my slump.

WI was a bit disappointing last night. Only lost .8. I need to get motivated again! Definitely need to start moving my butt doing some kind of exercise. I don't know why I have a mental block when it comes to exercise. Used to get up at 4:30 a.m. and be at the gym by 5:15 (of course, I lived closer to a gym then....would need to get up at 4:00 to get there now!!). Once all the snow is gone and things start warming up I hope I will want to do something! Hope everyone is doing well this week!

I am having such a hard time this week for some reason. I could eat everything that doesn't eat me first. Can't figure out why my desire to lose weight has waned but need to get back on track asap!! Bathing suit weather is 2 mos away and I have about 20 more lbs to lose. I'll start over again tomorrow. Just hope it isn't too late to salvage my week. :(

.4 loss.....not great but nevertheless a loss. I can honestly say I did not journal this week. Probably don't even deserve a loss at all. Am beginning a new week so I intend to do better. I'm disappointed in myself and need to get back on track. Not sure why I'm feeling this way.
