My partner's blood pressure dropped from borderline high to normal after 3 days of reasonable diet low in saturated fats and calories. woohoo!

I have had rye sunflower bread with avocado and tomato for breakfast and ate every crumb of it. Growing up in Poland on potatoes and bread doesn't help. I do miss my bread, but I keep strong. Not just for myself, we have made a major changes in our household diet and my partner and daughter are involved as well. It's easier together. Wishing everyone a lovely day.
