The main battle is eating only when I'm hungry and not just because it is a habit to be eating at a certain time or because I see something that looks good. With Plexus it takes away a lot of the cravings I was having and the feeling I just had to have something. So far in a month I have lost 6 lbs. This is the best I've done in a long time and I'm only 3 lbs away from a mini goal. I haven't been down this much in a long, long time. It's so exciting to be reaching goals again. I like that I don't have to take pills before every time I eat. I also need to work on serving size because my eyes are always bigger than my stomach. I know this is from habit and that right now is my biggest challenge to eat what I need as opposed to what I need.

I have switched to doing Plexus and I am seeing much better results without suffering from hunger. It is slow but steady for me. Finally, something that is actually working. Yeah!
