I cannot believe I am actually down to 270! Wow! That is a sixty pound loss since starting in January. I am so very pleased with myself. This truly motivates me to lose more. I am well on my way, 10 lbs. At a time!

Wow. Yesterday was the first time I've ever gone that much over my daily allowance of calories. I had no idea a bk big fish would have that many calories. That's sinful. It will not be happening again soon. Shortly after I ate it, I didn't feel to good. My body is no longer accustomed to that kind of food. I don't know why I ate the whole thing.
