I worked really hard this past week-but from past experience I know that does not always produce an excellent weight loss. We will see how things go this week-and I will still try to stay positive and motivated.

I know this sounds bad-but I feel like I really stuck to it this week. I usually have one or two days(if not more) a week where I eat something that I know I should not eat. This past week I had more control than I have had in the past-and I hope to keep it up! I am really hoping by my B-day (April 2) that I can be to a 50 pound loss. Wish me luck!

Eh-it was my special time of the month this week and I didn't stick to it like I should have. I am switching to Core for this week and expect to see numbers go down at my next weigh in. Wish me luck!

Not a big loss-but much more than I expected. I wasnt as strict this week as I should hae been-but I am still losing so that makes me happy!

This makes me sooooooo happy! I have just been smiling all day! This is proof that weight watchers really works! This encourages me to work harder and stick with the core plan. I know I keep saying I need to kick the exercize up a notch-and I really need to get started so I can lose even more!
