I planned to head down to Dallas to hit up the Microcenter to replace my defective motherboard. I went down there with my Supervisor as he wanted to pick something up and, I believe, he felt bad because I planned to do this before and I got screwed out of the time off to do it.

He ended up treating me to Uncle Julio's, a wonderful restaurant that serves Mexican food, which was completely unplanned and unexpected. I told him that I was in a special diet that was extremely carb restrictive and that was part of how I lost so much weight, but he insisted that I give myself this chance to try something new. I felt a bit pressured admittedly as he is my Supervisor, I didn't want him to think of me as weird.

I decided I would allow myself the cheat day to give myself a chance to try something new and to celebrate my success thus far. I was going to have a cheat day when I hit 100 lbs total lost, a full cheat day where I had all of the terrible things I've been craving, but I will settle for the meal instead and forgo the 100 lbs lost cheat day.

I have been shooting for 1.5k to 2.k calories for weight loss, but I allowed myself additional calories today as I knew I was going to be hungry due to the carbohydrates from the other day. I'm doing my best to not fall off the rails, so I'm gradually pulling the reigns to get back on track.

Hopefully within a couple of days I'll be feeling better.

I was hungry and unable to get home to eat as they were doing maintenance which was not going to be done for some time. I decided to get something from the local Lulu's Burgers, a grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing. I took it with me to work to hang out with some co-workers eating lunch and when I opened the container I found a mouth watering double bacon cheeseburger with heavy onions, jalapenos, barbecue sauce, and a side of fries.

It really was difficult to not just eat it right there. I thought "I'll just not eat the fries and buns", but I knew deep down that was far more than I should eat in regards to carbs. I resisted and returned to get my grilled chicken salad, which they messed up two more times XD, to have a reasonable Keto lunch.

It's hard enough eating on a Keto diet, but for them to put the food I so desire right in front of me piping hot when I'm hungry, it is hard to resist.

The struggle continues!
