This doesn't count! I was so good yesterday, but have accidentally consumed lots of onion and garlic, which bloats me massively. Hopefully tomorrow will bring a loss equal to this gain! 💨 😂

Day 3/7. Not a loss, but gratefully accepted as I stuffed up twice. 1: I allowed my partner to dish up my tea (Portion too big, I can avoid 2nds but I cannot leave food in my bowl as it's wasteful). 2: I accepted offerings of chocolate (my weakness). Upside here is 2 valuable lessons learnt 👩‍🎓

Testing the skills I've learnt using this app. Should see 7 consecutive drops. Family will be cooked boring meals for the next week to help me achieve my goal 😂
