Not eating enough calories still roughly around 700 a day depending what I eat and been running and not eating enough still don’t know what to do.

Still on my two month vacation haven’t been posting much. Still have the fear to eat food eating under 1,000 calories and went on a 7 mile runs twice this week and 2 5 mile runs and still not eating enough just the fear of gaining weight. And getting surgery when I get back home what get can get worse
