I walked around lakeyard top part which equals 1.3 miles. I did housework for about 3 hours. Cleaned out my car. Went to Physical therpy where my therapist worked my leg muscles on a sitting stair walker, stretching calve exercises, Then did Squats on a sliding bench all taking 1 hour. then went to Church fitness group. They meet 4 times a week. We found out our BMI which mine is disappointing at 43. My body fat was 83 lbs of fat. The Personal trainer in charge of fitness program told me to keep my calorie count at or below 1754. Well here we go!

When I got home from work, my daughter, olga was baking a red velvet cake for my husband and I helped frost it. I gave in to cravings for cake but only had a 1/4 inch slice.

I sm trying to walk 2 times a week. and get up to 3-4 days a week. I have been keeping track of the calories and fat from calories and carbs I am eating. I have kept track of the food i eat for about a week now. I ate 2252 calories, 420 fat from calories, and 289 carbs on monday. Tuesday did alittle worse with 2304 cal, 319.2 carbs; wednesday did good only had 1287 calories, 145.05 carbs; thursday 1896 calories, 233 carbs; friday 1526 calories, 170 from fat, and 147 carbs. Well, will update later and hope we have a blessed day.
