My husband and I celebrated our anniversary last night. I ate well within my boundaries! I am glad to be able to celebrate and enjoy a good legal meal while doing it. Here's to another year!!!

I feel great! No groggy brainless days or nights, which is nice. I eat 3 meals a day and am full and satisfied. I will go to the doctor on Monday and see what my A1C will be. I am hoping GSA will make a noticeable difference.
