so I finally thought of doing 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week but I found out that doing cardio without weight training results in both fat and muscle loss. I don't have dumbbells at home. what should I do?

hey guys can I get some advice on weight loss like, if I eat low calories like up to 1200 every day and I eat more calories on a Sunday like 1400-1500 as cheat can I prevent my body from getting used to the low cal diet and stop my weight loss because I don't want my body to stop losing weight as I'm very overweight and also as I'm a 13 yr old teenager
