Hey everyone I haven't posted in a few day's .... It's been a very stressful few day's... Thursday night I came home from work with my children standing outside our house with all their belongings because our power was out due to faulty wiring and smoke and burnt wiring smell because our power box was apparently outdated and the landlord never fixed anything before we moved in....Our home almost caught on fire..Thank God my children were okay and our home and belongings were spared..Most importantly we are okay and together...We have been in a hotel since that night...We can't go home till building inspector deams it safe on Monday morning...I haven't eaten right and have been drinking no calorie energy drinks but it's still not good. It's been stressful with my kids because they want to be home in there beds and our pets...Just doing one day at a time

So I have noticed so many posts about carbs and how they are trying to stay away from carbs...What a lot of people don't understand it's only certain types of carbs that are bad for you such as as processed carbs, sugar and bread carbs..Veggie and fruit carbs are power carbs...You can't cut out natural carbs because we are built to take those carbs in because our bodies thrive off them and they help fight hunger pains lol .... Some don't realize that dairy,eggs, bread, all processed foods and sugar carbs are what causes all there health issues and weight problems...DON'T CUT OUT NATURAL CARBS PEOPLE

Today I really didn't eat...So many different things happened on my 3 day's off and I'm tired and I just fasted today..Back to work for the week tomorrow and it's gonna be a new beginning..This month is my birthday and so many wonderful things to follow
