First day at the gym. I took everything slow - 15 min on the treadmill, 10 min cross trainer, some legs and arms exercises and then - Yoga, THE FIVE TIBETIAN RIGHTS.
Going to the gym tomorrow again.

After a terrible set back (hip injury) I have put on a lot of weight due to steroid medications and painkillers I was on. Back on track and I am determined to get in shape again.
Today I have been discharged from my physio and I have signed my gym membership. I will be tracking my weight every 2 weeks.

What a set back - my daily 10000 steps routine ended up in disaster. I have injured my hip and now I am on very strong pain killers. It is a nightmare not being able to walk.

Moving house is a stressful job, but moving to another country across Europe is even more stressful. And this is what I have been doing for the last month - packing, sending furniture and other stuff to the UK, going through the bureaucracy of the European Union regarding family pets ( what a nonsense to have the pet's passport legalised according the EU regulations)I have six more days to deal with some other issues and I hope I will survive. Then is the 4 days drive to the UK. I do not have time to think about keto food and I can see the damages.
