Temen temen tolong banget saya minta jawabannya apalagi yg udah senior di FS .
Saya bikin batas kalori saya 1317kal tapi selalu makan dibawah batas itu karena bener bener udah ngerasa kenyang banget , saya bingung harus gimana untuk nambah kebutuhan kalori itu .
Terus lanjut lagi , persentase karbo , lemak dan protein saya batasin ngikutin dari tdeecalculator tapi selalu aja kelewat . Gak pernah pas dari target belum lagi sodium yg tinggi banget padahal saya makan bener bener ngurangin garam . Terus saya harus gimana ?????
Sedih rasanya , jadi down . Bingung sendiri . Mohon pencerahannya 🙏

Pengen banget mencapai target karbohidrat cuma 35% tapi gak pernah bisa . Gimana sih gaes caranya ?
