22 carbs today, 14 from vegetables. Was thrown off track a little when I realized that I was missing a few veggies that I had planned for lunch, but still carried through. Plan on hitting the grocery store on my lunch tomorrow. The one by my work has a great fresh food section compared to the one near my house. Official 3rd attempt at Atkins, but 2nd attempt was right before Christmas and was way to hard to follow through with, I can do it this time.

ok, yesterday sucked. I am an emotional eater and yesterday was just SO emotional. I tried and tried to NOT give in. I rummaged through all the low carb, healthy snacks I had and nothing worked. Then I opened the freezer and saw the small container of Tahitian vanilla bean gelato. Why do I still have that in the freezer? OK, just one spoonful....then another...then two scoops in a bowl. Damn it! Woke up hurting today, don't know if its because of the sugar, the weather, or that time of the month coming on, but it still sucks.
So I grabbed some Atkins endulge bars at the store to help take care of the sweet cravings. In case anyone doesn't know: the coconut ones suck.
