Working harder on lowering my carb count working that is today meh well it is a holiday and I'm still under the limit I'd set for myself so I will take that as a win. I did 5.5 miles on the bike this morning and the plan is to go back and crank out at least 6 miles this evening before fireworks hopefully.Although I have to admit I should of done the full 9 this morning but it took ever ounce of determination I had to do the 5.5 I did do. I hate that I go gang busters for so long and then I burn out and have to force myself to go.At this point I'll say any exercise is good excersie. Happy 4th everyone!

Ok this is not totally accurate the week or so I was off the gym I gained 5 pounds but i refused to put 235 as my weight. However! That being said getting off my butt, not drinking soda, increasing my water and working out again I have dropped little under 7 pounds so I'm good with this.

So yesterday I started back at the gym about 35 minute on the recumbant bike did about 7 miles trying to keep my heart rate at 135-140 for most of that. Like always it felt so good!!!. This morning I went back for about 25 minutes did 5 miles heart rate about the same 135ish most of the time. I have learned that it isn't how fast I go its about maintaining a consistent pace on the bike as much as I can. It always feels good even though I dread and whine about going. It feels good to be active in some way at this point. So far today and yesterday no soda, although brownies did make an appearance and they were yummy not good for the diet but sometimes you just have to. Today will be better.
UPDATE:
Went back to the gym this evening and did another 6.25 miles on the bike, have tried to stay busier today cleaning, walking a bit more.

Well as all things go my back has kept me from working out and I have done what I always do ate my frustration away. Back injections did not help at all,I am keeping track of what I am eating,trying to get my carb intake back under control and I will be going back into the gym today. I can't keep up as I am I feel like a flipping beached whale and look like one pretty much. I am so frustrated!!!

Soooo frustrated that I can't just walk away from the soda I did once and am regretting every starting drinking it again. I know that is where the bulk of my carbs and calories are going. Heading to the gym later for my 30 minutes wish I could do more.
