One of my favourite things to do with leftover veggies! Fire-roasted corn, broccoli & peppers with 2 over-easy eggs on top. 400 calorie hearty breakfast to start my day!

the weight keeps ticking downwards, which is a nice way to start a diet. I'm so heavy that the first 10-15lbs are always pretty quick and easy to lose. Hopefully I can keep it up!

Now that the first ten pounds of fluff have come off, the real work begins. My body is in a hurting place after yesterday's hike, but let's see if I can get some physical activity despite this. 😅 we're all doing the best we can, but I don't want to be doing it at this weight anymore!
