Finally! I am back in the hunt to lose that nagging 20 lbs. Enjoying this too! Working out has more meaning since I entered the "lose 20 lbs by thanksgiving". My Jenny Craig diet has taught me well. I do remember what it took to lose 40 lbs before. And the lighter I get...the better I feel :) Will stay the course!

Starting a challenge that begins tomorrow. Lose 20 pounds by Thanksgiving. I think I can do that. We will see. 188 lbs today.

Back at it! Consistency is key for me....hate to sound like a broken record....but, here I go again (lol). I know I have it in me, one more time. I think I'll hit the track today and cycle early morning tomorrow. Looking forward to it

Just received my shipment of Jenny Craig food. Not a moment too soon!!! I also recently signed back up with a tri team that I worked out with a couple of years ago. After starting a new job recently, that I really like, I have found it difficult to get back into a rhythm of steady exercise due to starting my day 2 hours earlier every morning. This is when I used to work out. My days are also bit longer due to travel time. But...no excuses. I will now move forward in earnest. This web sight has just become my new accountability friend. At 192lbs, aiming for 172lbs. It seems to take a lot more work to lose those pounds than it does packing them on! Here we go!
