Ending numbers for the day. I’ll be posting a new picture of myself, in front of the same door, tonight. Every week I’ll be posting an updated picture of myself. I want this chronicled, even if it looks the same.

Meal 2 of my 16/8 intermittent fast. 3 large eggs, 1/2 ounce milk, 1 ounce Grated Parmesan, 1 ounce shredded mozzarella, scoop and a half of a protein shake, and water. I am really enjoying this eating habit. Feel great today.

Just did some research on intermittent fasting and I’m sold. I didn’t eat dinner last night and it feels wonderful. I think skipping dinner makes the most sense for me since: 1. I love breakfast food and 2. It is much cheaper this way. I could always skip breakfast and eat it at dinner time. Now I have choices to make.

So overdid it on my calories a little today, but I wanted fries. I’m trying to keep my carbs around 100 until Easter. It is our first year cooking dinner for Easter and it’ll be my last day eating carbs freely.
