2 months after my last post I finally got weighed and it was the kick up the ass I needed. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and that stops now.

Well I’m back on this whole weight loss thing. No particular kick up the bum this time other than feeling like I’m too overweight again. That said I saw myself in profile in a storefront the other day and was not at all impressed.

The hard part won’t be snacking or feeling hungry, I’ve done t before so I can do it again. The hard part will be keeping an eye on the booze.

Wish me luck. Will add a starting weight as soon as I have one.
