Oh, I can't blame the scale for not moving much this week, I definitely over did it over the Easter Holiday. But, I will hit the gym today to continue my exercise activity to speed up the weight loss.

Well, I finally incorporated excercise in my schedule yesterday. I actually went to the gym that I have been paying membership for a year that I have not been to this year until yesterday. I walked about 45 minutes or more on the treadmill. I felt really good afterwards and now I know I can keep this up. I only hurt a little in my inner thighs. I plan to go again this evening and will try to continue this for now, at least 3 days a week.

Well, I guess it is going to be a pound a week!?!?!? I am able to wear some pants today that I have not worn in years, so I can say that I am loosing inches.
