Wasn't too great at logging this weekend but I did a lot of gardening and labour intensive type of work so my food I didn't pay attention to too much. Today is a new day and I'm back on track! :D

Forgot to eat, went shopping, still forgot to eat until I was a little dizzy... so got some haribo and ate a handful, about 6, then passed a seven eleven and there went my diet... but since that's all I ate, I'm not worried. But I'm STUFFED!! Too many calories in one sitting. I feel that now. I didn't use to!

Well, apparently keep on trucking isn't working out... I had a disastrous day yesterday as far as food goes. I cannot control myself with crap food, so I have to go back to nature. ONE good piece of good news (?) is that sugar is no longer tolerated as well as I thought. That tiny slice of sock it to me was sweet, but tolerable... that cupcake was a nightmare... I tasted sugar like I had eaten 5 lbs! It was greasy too... so I can mark off cupcakes. Pizza, however seems to be another story. I think I'll have to use that as a treat meal. Granted, I don't eat a whole pizza (never could) but I definitely cannot stop at one slice though I SHOULD!. I'm better off with the personal size since less calories and feels more "accomplished" if that makes sense? Slices are too easy to eat and keep going.
In other news, anyone ever tried oopsie bread? Is it good?

yesterday's measurement I had stuff on and at night when I got home. This one's in the buff and in first thing in the morning! (yes it's 3:40PM but that's morning to me!) I'm a night owl.

I looked in the mirror and I looked like I was wearing spanks but I wasn't so I DID lose inches or at least some rolls. :) Always encouraging. The scale, however, is not. But ey, keep on trucking, right?!
