Today has well managed to stay away from the bad carbs my body is in adjustment mode had a headache most of the day has anyone else had this? I am diabetic so could be sugar adjustment to new diet.

Well tomorrow starts my new healthy eating life and exercise regiment. Tired of being unhealthy it will also be a big adjustment to my diabetes. Hopefully can cut down on my insulin intake. Wish me luck the healthy journey begins... 😊

I am going to be doing the high protein low carb diet due to me having diabetes I figure I can kill two birds with one stone. Does anyone have any good recipes out there.
