Подскажите пожалуйста, как правильно рассчитать бжу для похудения?
2 тренера говорят по разному:
1. Белки 120-140, жиры 0,8-1 грамм на кг (это 80 мне макс) и углеводы 1 грамм (тоже 80 максимум)
2. Тренер сам посчитал, белки до 120, жиры до 90 и углеводы стараться не менее 140-150
