Definitely feeling different now that I have lost more than 10 lbs. I swam a mile and a half last night and it felt great. Starting to see my abs some. Seems like my weight loss is slowing down and the last 5 pounds will take more work than the last 10, but I think it will be worth it.

This app has been great for me! Never have I lost weight so consistently. I have been religious about recording what I eat which I think has been the biggest help. I also appreciate the support from others as well as the challenges. I have also enjoyed reading others success stories and their experiences. This has been a great experience so far and I am starting to see my abs!!
