tdee aku 1600, mau turunin 1kg butuh ngilangin kalori 7700 kkal, jadi 1600-500kkal sehari, jadi (7700:500) = 15. brrti aku butuh waktu 15 hari buat nurunin sekilo kalo sehari pangkas 500kkal/hari hehe

Bmr aku : 1333 kalori/hari dan Tdee aku : 1600 kalori/hari jadi kalo mau turun sekilo itu harus ngilangin 7700 kalori, jadi aku butuh waktu turunin sekilo itu
