Reaching out for a little reassurance or reality check, either one. I’ve recently started my weight loss journey about a month ago. I’ve been working out, eating healthy and drinking nothing but water all day long. So far I’ve only lost 7.6 lbs, which is great although I feel like I should be further along? I need to mention I’m not doing any of the popular diets out there, just eating little carbs and eating small portions. I want this to be a forever change and not just something I do for a month or two so I want this to be as realistic as possible.
My outreach today is does this to slow to anyone else? I read an earlier post that someone lost 8 lbs in a week, I haven’t even lost that in a month. Lol
