Body is a bit confused and holding onto everything - had scope on Tuesday so starvation mode kicked in with no food on Monday and too much on Tuesday.
Not bothered about the gain - will re assess now that I'm back in routine. 🙂 Steroids down to 35 mg from 60 mg - a month and a half left...

Lowest FatSecret weight entry! 11kgs down and would jump up and down if my legs weren't so sore today!
Not only maintaining while on my meds but starting to drop again thanks to starting exercise - daily calorie intake is high but it seems to be working for my body 💪 🙃
